Yoga for Longevity

Therapeutic Yoga classes targeting the Biological Systems for Aging Well. Classes designed to target the strength, flexibility, and balance of the spine, legs, feet, digestive organs, lymph, heart, hands, brain, and nervous system. These sessions are appropriate for all experience levels.

Equipment Needed: yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, firm (yoga) blanket, and yoga belt.

Meeting Place: Live on Zoom on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:15 am– 10:30 am (ET) for 8 weeks per session.

Neuro-Cognitive Optimization

Mindful Movements, Breathing Practices, Sound, and Meditation for Cognitive Fitness. Classes designed to target the preservation, protection, and improvement of cognitive health. These sessions are appropriate for all experience levels.

Equipment Needed: Yoga mat with cushion/blanket or chair if it’s your preference to sit for mindful movements, breath work, and meditation.

Meeting Place: Live Zoom on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:15 am – 10:00 am (ET) for 8 weeks per session.

Yoga Nidra & Sound Vibration

An experience of deep healing rest and the ultimate relaxation and renewal experience to mitigate and regulate the stress response. You will experience the practices clinically proven by neuroscience to bring peace, harmony, and balance to the nervous system. Practices will include of visualization, muscle release, and sound therapy.
