We can activate, regulate, and strengthen a vast array of available inner resources with simple consistent practices to maintain a strong, agile body, and a sharp, engaged mind.

  • Class offered three times per week targeting the vital systems, organs, and structures of the body and cognitive structures of the mind and brain for Optimal Aging.

    Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 9:00-10:15am

  • Future class to be scheduled with emphasis on seated mindful movements, breathing practices, and mindful meditation practices for prevention and reversal of cognitive decline.

  • Future class: An experience to rebalance, regenerate, and renew, using sound therapy, visualizations, mindful movements, and breathing techniques.

  • Future Group Coaching Workshop. A four week program both educational and experiential to discover the power and practices for sleep optimization.

  • Class held once a month to go over posture and breathing alignment particulars for those new to the Yoga practice.

Meet Yvonne: Certified Health Coach, Yoga Teacher/Therapist, & Adjunct Professor

Yvonne Parrotte, M.Ed., A-CFHC, RYT 500, C-IAYT is an ADAPT Certified Functional Health Coach and Yoga Therapist specializing in the Science of Longevity. She has over 20 years of experience teaching yoga and leading Workshops for Corporate Clients, Private Health Facilities, and many other venues. In addition, she is an adjunct professor at George Mason University with over ten years of experience teaching students Introduction to Meditation, Introduction to Yoga, and Intermediate Yoga.

Yvonne completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction training from the Center for Mindfulness at UMass at the Omega Institute in New York and has completed formal training in brain health and the neuroscience of yoga. She recently completed a “Master Class” with Dr. Matthew Walker on The Science of Better Sleep. Yvonne is passionate about integrating the science of longevity with the full practice of yoga in a format that is doable, meaningful and inspiring for all.
